New name, familiar faces
We are changing our name from hallo theo to Theo. When we launched in 2023, we were just at the beginning. We said "hallo" to an industry and to our first clients. Over the last few years, many owners have placed their trust in us. Today, we manage 20,000 apartments across five locations from Berlin to Stuttgart. Theo simply fits the property manager we have become.
New look, proven processes
Our goal is not to reinvent property management, but to get it right. We build on what works reliably and fix what frustrates you. This approach shapes our new identity. Modern colours inspired by buildings and their history: brass, glass, terracotta and gardens. Flexible shapes reminiscent of doorplates and house numbers. Clean fonts that show how tradition and progress work together.
New website, reliable relationships
We have redesigned our website to help you find what you need faster. Navigation is simpler, and it is easier to find your local contacts. We have cut long texts down to the essentials. Instead of abstract images, we now show what Theo is really about: your properties and the people who look after them. One thing remains the same: your local managers in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart and Wildeshausen.
What changes for our clients
Everything stays the same for you. Your local contacts are the same, and so are their phone numbers and email addresses. The only difference is the new name on our website and letters.
Our commitment to accessibility, reliability and progress remains unchanged. We now have a brand identity that reflects this commitment even more clearly.
